Jonathan McMillian is the President and Founder of LANDology, which he established in 2008. With a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from Texas A&M University, he leads the firm’s vision and guides projects from concept through construction, combining technical skill with creative design to bring thoughtful, functional landscapes to life. His work spans urban developments, municipal projects, and residential communities, helping clients turn innovative designs into built realities.

Known for his leadership and mentorship, Jonathan builds and inspires talented teams, guiding staff through complex projects while fostering collaboration and growth. He balances big-picture vision with hands-on problem-solving, helping the firm deliver high-quality, sustainable solutions while supporting the development of future leaders in landscape architecture. Jonathan defines what it means to be an educator, an artist, and a leader.

Outside the office, he is a drummer, college football enthusiast (Go Aggies!), competitive pickleball player, and KitKat lover.
