Meagan McDonald is LANDology’s Office Administrator and part of the behind-the-scenes team that helps keep the office running smoothly. From invoicing and day-to-day administrative support to coordinating company events and celebrations, she supports both the team and the firm’s operations.

Since joining LANDology in 2023, Meagan has become known for her organized, thoughtful approach and for creating a welcoming office environment that brings people together. Whether she’s refining administrative processes, coordinating team gatherings, or adding a little extra holiday spirit around the office, she enjoys finding ways to make the workplace both efficient and enjoyable.

Outside the office, Meagan enjoys photography and is currently writing and illustrating a children’s book.
